New Recipe of the Week: Guilt-Free Apple Crisp

Guilt-Free Apple Crisp

This guilt-free apple crisp dessert is easy to make and delicious! This recipe was designed for individual portions, so mini pie plates for perfect for this dessert. The problem with making dessert a lot of times is there is too much unless you are serving a crowd, so this recipe offers a generous portion that keeps your sweets in moderation for the day! I use Saigon cinnamon because it tastes the best.
