Q&A: Ballet Body® Downloads

I am new to Ballet Body® . Where do I start? 

I recommend beginning with Basics I to learn form and build strength in the barre and mat exercises. With the purchase of a new subscription, you will receive Basics free and discounts/promos on all archives and products. Subscriptions are billed month-to-month so you can cancel at anytime. Starting with a subscription is a good idea if you want to become more familiar with the workouts before making a larger archive purchase or starting the Ballet Body Periodization System.

 

There are a lot of Ballet Body segments. Can you suggest a rotation?  

There are workout guidelines offered on the subscriber page if you want general recommendations on how to sequence the workouts. If you want guaranteed results, the Ballet Body®  periodization system is an easy to follow, step-by-step guide to achieve optimal results. Subscribers receive a discount on this plan.

 

There are problems when I play the Ballet Body workout segment.   

If there is any issue with the download not playing correctly (black screen, freezing, audio/video technical problems), most likely there was an error in the download process. You will need to delete the file and download the file again.

 

I have received an email from PayPal after making a purchase, but I don’t see an email with product information. 

PayPal will send a payment confirmation email first, and it could take up to 10 minutes to receive an email  with product information from Leah Sarago Fitness. If you have not received a purchase email after 5-10 minutes, please check your spam folder first. After 10 minutes, please email indicating you have not received an email.

 

How do I view the Ballet Body workouts once I download the files?

When downloading the files, it is best to save the workouts to the iTunes library in “movies”. Mac computers generally automatically save the file in movies once the file is opened. Depending on the computer, you may need to save the file first before “running or opening” the file to ensure the file is saved to your computer. The workouts are formatted best for the iphone/ipad/ipod or any MP3 player with video compatibility. All workouts can be viewed on a computer or connected from your laptop to a TV using a connecting wire.
